ASICS Fleet Pre-London Half

Terms & Conditions

The race is open to amateurs as defined by UKA
Laws who will be over 17 on the race day.

By entering the race you agree to abide by the
Conditions of Entry and any race instructions given to you by the
organisers and officials of the ASICS Fleet Pre-London Half
Marathon.

The closing date for entries is 8th February 2010
or when the limit of 3000 entries has been reached.

Check your bank statement for receipt and
acceptance of entry. Race numbers will be sent out approximately 14
days before the race.

If your entry is accepted, your entry fee is not
refundable under any circumstances.

All participants are strongly advised to consult
their doctor prior to undertaking any exercise programme.

This course is not suitable for wheelchair
athletes.

Only finishers will receive a medal.

For reasons of safety no entries are allowed from
people on rollerskates, scooters, on bicycles, in wheelbarrows, or
pushchairs.

Due to the nature of the course, this event is
unsuitable for wheelchairs.

No pets or dogs are allowed to accompany runners,
except for registered guide dogs. Please advise if you are a blind
runner.

By entering the event you are declaring that you
are medically fit to run.

The Fleet Pre-London Half Marathon complies with
the Data Protection Act 1998 and you have the right of access to
your personal records held on our computer. If you do not want your
name made available to our sponsors, please tick the box on the
entry form.

By entering the race, you give permission for the
free use of your name, voice or picture in any broadcast, telecast,
advertising, promotion or other account of this event.

In the event of the race being cancelled due to
unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to contact all runners
prior to the race day where possible.

It is the
responsibility of all participants to return their ChampionChip
timing device as per instructions in the Runners Notes. Non-return
is chargeable.
