Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research and the Fleet Half Marathon Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research is one of the Official Charites of the Fleet Half Marathon. To date over £25,000 has been raised for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research through the Fleet Half Marathon.
Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research is the only UK charity solely dedicated to research into blood cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma. 2010 is our 50th anniversary and we're looking to continue the great work that we've already started.
Named after our bright yellow shirts, the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research Banana Army is about having fun whilst also doing something extremely positive to help people with blood cancers. It doesn’t matter if you are new to the events or an experienced athlete – everyone is welcome! Become a Banana Army member and we’ll look after you with a fantastic fundraising pack including one of our famous yellow running shirts!
