Leukaemia Research and the Fleet Half Marathon

Leukaemia Research is the Official Charity of the Fleet Half Marathon. In 2004, £10,000 was raised for Leukaemia Research through the Fleet Half Marathon.

Please run for us and help us raise vital funds for research into leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma, diagnosed in over 24,500 people each year in Britain.

We are the only national UK charity dedicated exclusively to improving treatments, finding cures and looking into the causes and preventions of leukaemia and related blood cancers in children and adults. Your help will enable us to continue our pioneering research into leukaemia and related illnesses and invest in the future blood cancers experts of tomorrow. We also produce a free range of patient information booklets so every patient can obtain the information they need. Our running costs are kept to an absolute minimum so you can be sure that every penny you raise really does count!
